It’s Sexy Workout Time

Hi everyone, thanks for watching our video I was a little nervous but I think it turned out well. Here is a run down of what we did, and what you will need for this workout.
- Jump Rope
- Interval timer(you can find mine at Gymboss.com)
- Handweights (5lb)(8lb)(10lb)
Set your timer for 20 sec 10 sec and 32 rounds.
Now your ready to workout. Here are the exercises.
- Jump rope
- push up
- Repeat
- Squat jumps
- Plank rows
- Repeat
- Mountain climbers
- Plank leg lifts
- Repeat
- Walking lunges
- Fast feet
- Repeat
Now do it all over again, so you will do every exercise 4X
Now let me go over a few things with you. Whenever you come into a plank pose it should be a nice long line from head to toe, no BUTT’s up and your hands should be directly under your shoulder.
You will move during your workout so be mindful and read adjust. Now while doing squats don’t let your knees fall over your toes, make sure you sit back and you can always see those feet, and the butt gets nice and close to the floor.
